We are a family run independent water garden specialist, who pride ourselves in giving an outstanding service to our customers and most importantly the after care they deserve! You will find in most cases, that we are more reasonably priced than most of our larger competitors and that we compete favourably with the internet. Since we opened in 1997 we have road tested many products and are confident that we retail products we believe in and can rely on. 

For 2009 we have been appointed by Oase as a 5 Star Stockist. Oase is a premium brand, in terms of features and benefits, quality and design. In order to become a 5 Star Stockist it has been necessary to demonstrate that we are able to offer outstanding product knowledge, eye catching displays and a wide range of Oase products.

New innovative Oase products for 2009 include the Clear Water System (CWS) incorporating the new intelligent Filtomatic CWS filter with integrated UVC clarifier and sludge pump, which is an active pond manager, monitoring the needs of the garden pond 365 days a year.

Oase has also developed a new range of water entertainment products, these features combine spectacular water effects with LED lighting to create individual water displays, even in gardens without ponds, we currently have on display the 'Water Trio' which is a combination of 3 individual pumps and nozzles with LED lights and 9 selectable programmes by remote control.

Water gardening is very seasonal, the busiest periods being from Easter to September, this matches the best time to introduce both plants and fish to the pond. We carry one of the largest ranges of pond plants in the North of England, including oxygenators, marginal pond plants and water lilies.

Our extensive range of pond fish including Koi Carp are all quarantined and acclimatised to the UK weather and are retailed from vats which are kept outside, this ensures an easy transition to the customers pond.

Whilst we specialise in water gardening we also stock an extensive range of other garden related items such as statues, birdbaths, sundials, oriental granite lanterns, pots, aggregates, compost, alpines and bedding plants.
